A suspended light inspired by the perfect mathematical shape of a dodecahedron. It allowsnatural light to pass through, while casting dynamic shadows when lit. Hence, the Dodeca is both complex and minimalist.
Willem Schouten: “The inspiration for the collection arose from the irony of traditional lamps that,when not in use, tend to block natural light during the daytime. Byintegrating thelight source into the construction of the frame, the Dodeca addresses this paradox.”

Design studio Daphna Laurens: ‘’Designing the Kingpin was a search for the perfect balance and proportion.. The quality of lighting had to be its most important feature. Both the vertical elements shaping the (King)pin and the lights at the end of the horizontal lines can be rotated 360 degrees. The Kingpin defines flexibility at its best and can be used in any position without losing its balance. Both multifunctional and expressive, the Kingpin has it all!”
